This is what I miss so much about my job. Children are such an inspiration! One baby I miss in particular is Julian....Happy Thanksgiving baby, where ever you are! Julian suffered unmeasurably, the nurses was his only real family, but this child always had a smile for you, always! Check out this video, it made me cry and touched my heart, nothing like some inspiration to put things into perspective. Happy Thanksging everyone!!
